mon-ran 2 miles to robin hood, did 4 loops at 1400 meters each. 4:31,38,59,38. Need to watch pace on future workouts. Ran 2 back. 8 mile day.
tues-Ran Yale 5 at an easy 34:10.
wed- Ran easy 3 AM, Ran 2.5 to HS track ran 18 loops alternating 75 seconds and 95 seconds. Went a bit off pace and feeling the burn in a bad way. Ran 2.5 back.

t-8 miles, 1st 20 mins sucked towards goose pond, had a refreshing dip before looping the trail and had one final dip before heading home. Run ended better than it started. 8 strides as well.

Night run

Total run time: 57:13.
29:30 towards kate's house via maple ave, 5 min water break, 27:43 back down west street. Forgot my headlamp, bad idea after 8 pm.
Good for a short run tomorrow morning, 3 miles maybe?
Ate 4 oz steak and spinach, 1st day of multivitamin.

Mud Butt

Today was rough, with 31 mins of running and 5-6 mins of painfully leaving my mark 4 different places on the trail. Next time, no eating dinner immediately before running.
4 miles today, based on the mud butt and fly attacks. The flies were brutal.

Day one- part 2

After writing the last bit, I attempted to fall asleep. But, after 15 minutes of failure to sleep and wondering why I'm always so motivated at bad times for running, I decided to go run.

I ran 37 minutes at a decent pace, by my estimate between 7 and 7:30 per mile.
Plenty of rain, hardly anyone out and about. Keene is pretty beautiful in the late hours of the night. Surprisingly, there were houses with the A/C on throughout the path I ran. It's hardly warm out at all!

Day One.

Maybe this blog will get my lazy ass running again. My goal for tomorrow is 30 minutes easy in the morning before school. Junior testing should make it easier to complete.

Just filling the time period without a heart attack is a success at the moment.
