sun-9 miles w/ hills- sore, took ibuprofen. kate came along for a bike ride, almost "killed" her
m-6 miles easy, felt good. lots of people in cemetery this evening
t-8 miles, 1st 20 mins sucked towards goose pond, had a refreshing dip before looping the trail and had one final dip before heading home. Run ended better than it started. 8 strides as well.
