mon-3.1 miles in 19:30, 1st mile 6:45, last mile 5:27. did core workout w/ sit ups and weights tues-5 miles at 32 mins, then lifting wed- 2.5 miles thurs-3 miles, lifting fri- sat-2 miles sun-7 miles in 45:53
